Fun, Competitive Adult Field Hockey in North Carolina. Triangle Field Hockey League is a co-ed group open to all levels. Our players range from former international and D1 athletes to folks returning to the sport after years away to current college players looking to improve their game. We play year-round and draw members from Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and other communities in and around the "Triangle" area of North Carolina. We love playing hockey and welcome anyone who does, too!

(TFHL is for adult players. Find a youth program with Bull City Field Hockey youth leagues.)

Whether you’re here for a full season of hockey or just want to drop in for a game, TFHL makes it easy to get on the field.

1. Choose How You Want to Play

Season Pass
Register once, and you’re in for the whole season! A pass covers all games and practices, with priority access to tournaments and scrimmages. Season details (locations, times, cost) are included in the registration forms. 

Drop-In Play
Want to try it out or can’t commit to the full season? No problem, just register online, show up, and play. Drop-ins are great for single sessions, and all the details are in the sign-up form. 

2. Complete Your Waiver

Every season you play, you must submit a signed waiver before stepping on the field. (One waiver per season.)

3. Stay in the Loop
